The Holiday Fort Golf Club complex is located just 10 minutes' walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach resort and right opposite the Aqua Park. The complex has the combined benefits of being outside the crowded centre of the resort and yet being within walking distance of the magnificent sandy beach and the exciting night life in the resort. The gardens will be a colourful combination of natural plants and trees, spread over more than 13,500 square metres. Owners will enjoy the relaxed and cosy atmosphere created by the combination of water, rocky gardens and a view over the green areas. Another advantage of the location of the complex is its close proximity to the nature reserve "Kalinata"; nature lovers will enjoy strolling along the walkways in this beautiful forest.

Facilities in the complex will include restaurants with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, six pools for children and adults, medical and beauty centres, a fitness suite, a sauna and massage studio. The apartment owners are given free membership of the Golf Club and can practise their strikes and pads and improve their golf skills the whole year round on the golf training course. The Golf Club will be a part of Holiday Fort Golf Club and will consist of:

Due to the exceptionally mild climate in the Sunny Beach area the golf season spans almost the entire 12 months of the year. Serious golfers will be glad to know that there are plans to build a 18 hole golf course very close to Holiday Fort Golf Club.

The first phase of the complex consists of seven sections and comprises 186 apartments: 64 studios, 81 one-bedroom apartments and 41 two-bedroom apartments. Construction began in March 2007; rough building and roofing is expected to be finished during January 2008 and completion is expected in June 2009.
